Picior diabetic (neuropatie, mal perforant plantar)
Diabetes Foot (Neuropathy, Sole Perforating Mal)

Clinical Manifestations: olden diabetes I type (about 27 years). Four operations in 6 years for diabetic gangrene of right foot fingers. Normal sphygmography. Posterior tibial neurolisis 2 years ago.
Clinic: diabet zaharat tip I datând de 27 ani. Patru intervenții în decurs de 6 ani pentru gangrenă diabetică a degetelor piciorului drept. Oscilometrie normală. Tentativa de neuroliză tibială posterioară cu 2 ani în urmă.
Giant atonic sole ulceration (5cm), 6 months evolution. Amputation of  I and II fingers.
Ulcerație plantară gigantă (5 cm), atonă, datând de cca. 6 luni. Amputația degetelor I-II.
Hyperpigmented, thickened skin of the dorsal side of foot.
Fața dorsală a piciorului hiperpigmentată, cu pielea îngroșată.
Radiography: absence of the I and II fingers and of the I metatarsian. Osteolisis of the III, IV, V metatars-phalange articulations. Hyperostosis of bones stumps.
Radiografie: lipsa degetelor I-II și a metatarsianului I. Leziuni de osteoliză la nivelul articulațiilor metatarsofalangiene III - IV - V. Hiperostoză a bonturilor osoase ale razelor digitale I - II.
Postoperative aspect: after transmetatarsian amputation, ulceration extrusion, cover with skin.
Aspect postoperator: după amputație transmetatarsiană, excizia ulcerației, acoperire cu piele dorsală.
Postoperative radiological control. 
Control radiologic postoperator.
